The minimum stay is 2 days, except in July and August when it is 7 days. The rest of the high season also has a minimum stay.

The prices include firewood (from 1st November to 30th April)
High season: From 15th June to 15th September, Christmas, Easter week, 101 Km Ronda Event and Bank holidays.

We only allow 1 extra person per house.
Children up to 2 years can stay free using the beds provided.

Additional Information
Have your bread delivered by phoning Panaderia Maximo. (Phone (+34) 666 241 825) His specialty are the "molletes", a kind of bread.
A home massage can be arranged by phoning David (Qualified Chiropractor) (Phone (+34) 622 759 286).
For stays of 4 or more days we will stock the fridge with items that you request (such as milk, soft drinks ice cream etc). We know that you will be tired on arrival and we hope this service will help you relax from your first day. This service is free. We will give you the till receipt for you to settle during your stay. We ask that you place the order at least 4 days in advance of your arrival.
Cancellation Policy
More than 30 days in advance, full refund of reservation fee.
More than 15 days in advance, 50% refund of reservation fee.
15 days or less, no refund is possible.
House rules
Reservations are confirmed on receipt of an initial deposit of 25% which can be made using a bank transfer. The outstanding amount to be paid on receipt of the keys to the property.
When booking you must state the exact number of people, including children.
The accommodation will be available after 16.00 on theday of arrival and is to be vacated before 18.00 on the day of departure.
These times can only be changed by previous agreement with the owner.
Please let us know in advance your estimated time of arrival.
The keys will be available at the property.
Pets only allowed if previously arranged with the owners.
